Q. Is this a secure website?

A. Absolutely!  We have a domain and company validated, verified and certified SSL Certificate for our website that uses up to 256 bit encryption throughout our entire site.  It protects against malicious malware, spyware, and hijack attacks.  We also do not share your data with anyone.

Q. Is there any buyer protection for our purchase?

A. Absolutely!  All credit card and Paypal transactions on our site are protected against fraud.  You can be sure that you will receive what you pay for without risk of fraud.  If your credit card or Paypal account is used to make a purchase on our site without your consent, we will take the necessary steps to help you make things right.  If you are not satisfied with an item you purchase, we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

Q. Do items have warranty?

A. Yes!  All of our products are new current items with full manufacturer warranty.  We are not selling old stock, out of date, blemished, or out of box items unless it is specifically described as such.

Q. Do you offer technical support?

A. Yes!  We offer phone, email, and IM/SMS support for the items we sell.  Tech support is limited to the product itself and not always to the application of the product within your specific project or situation.  We will do our best to help or at least point you in the direction of the help available.

Q. What are your hours of operation and can we call anytime?

A. We will respond to all emails and IM/SMS on a rolling 24 hour a day basis.  Our phone line is available Monday thru Friday 9:00am-5:00PM EST.  Any and all voice messages will be answered as soon as possible.

Q. How soon do orders ship?

A. Most orders placed by 1:00PM EST will ship on the same day.  All orders will ship by the next business unless there are special orders, special requests, or changes associated with the order.  We pride ourselves in shipping orders accurately and fast.

Q. Are you able to special order any other parts not in your catalog?

A. Absolutely!  If you don't see what you need or if you need dealer only parts, we can get it for you.  We usually receive special orders in about 3-5 days unless it is not available at local dealer warehouses.  We will keep you informed and not make you wait for weeks for a special order unless it is the only way to get it and you have agreed to the delivery time in advance.  Keep in mind that all special order sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q. Can we stop by to pick up an order?

A. Yes.  We can arrange a local pick up for any prepaid order.
