Black plastic. Fits Perko 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" deck plates and many other "Slot" type opening deck plates 1-1/8" center-to-center of lugs, 1" spade length.

Chrome plated zinc body, black slotted plastic cap. Deck plate key (#1248-8DP), O-ring and integral retainer on cap included. Cap has a slot between the holes. Use #8 fasteners.
